FOREWORD

When I fortunately came in touch with Alex Van Overmeire, I got the idea to establish a family tree with as many as possible branches of people called with the same name.

As I discussed the project with Alex, he also thought it would be interesting. We started to work together and to do some research about our name.

If you too have the same name, anywhere you live and it does no matter what language you speak, if you are willing to help us searching your branch of genealogy, please come in touch with Pierre Van Overmeire. For your facility, we have two documents which you can download clicking on the bond below. In the first one you can read the explanations how to do the research in order to obtain correct data, the second document is a request form to fill in with your family tree.

We need urgently your help because we are not able to realise it all by our self.

We don't work only on the search of our tribe-members we also are interested of which region or country they come from, what is not that easy.

If you want to follow up this evolution you can read the text about our ORIGINS. We are also interested in the family blazons associated with some branches, and what we already have found can be seen at ARMS;

We present here in an abbreviate manner the branches of which we could establish at least three generations in the hope to possibly blend them together in one or two branches later.

We won't wonder to notice that the different spelled names at last merge in one and the same.
